Principal

Tim Perusek

Tim Perusek is a Principal on the Investment Team at Advantage Capital. He sources and structures new equity and debt investment opportunities, performs due diligence, negotiates and closes transactions, and manages existing investments, supporting the firm’s Southeast investment footprint. Also, he serves as a member of the board of directors for a number of the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Tim was with GE Capital for more than 25 years as a Managing Director working in a variety of corporate finance investment roles including regional management, business development, and investment evaluation and underwriting, both in the U.S. and internationally. Most recently, he served in a leadership role in the Corporate Finance Specialty Group at Suntrust Bank (now Truist) investing in middle-market companies.

Tim received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
