Keith Pettus

Keith Pettus is a Principal on the Capital Markets Team at Advantage Capital. He focuses on sourcing new and expanding existing investor relations in Renewable Energy Tax Credits, LIHTC, NMTC, and various other state and federal programs. Additionally, he focuses on turning institutional tax liability into an asset, driving sustainability and impact through public-private tax credit investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Keith was with JP Morgan Chase for five years building out its market-leading historic tax credit equity platform. With over 20 years in the alternative investment space, he has spent the past decade structuring and closing billions in tax equity investments for corporations.

Keith has been on the Board of Directors of the California State Parks Foundation and is active with other non-profits, including The Guardsmen.

Keith received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and is both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
