Cindy has nearly 20 years of banking and real estate finance experience in both sales and underwriting capacities. Prior to joining Advantage Capital, she was the head of credit delivery for Truist’s Commercial Real Estate Team. There she was responsible for leading a team of underwriters and portfolio managers within commercial real estate including private developers, REITs, affordable housing as well as LIHTC and new market tax organizations.

Cindy has actively served on the board of the Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) since 2019 and currently holds the position of Vice Chair. ONIC is a non-profit whose mission is to build and maintain inclusive, affordable communities with enhanced services in central Florida.

Cindy received her MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
