Our internship program provides students with opportunity to gain experience and polish professional skills by involving them in the everyday drumbeat of our business.

Every intern leaves the program with valuable professional skills thanks to targeted mentoring, networking sessions, and development seminars. While we work to prepare students for any of their future endeavors, every intern also has the potential opportunity to start their full-time career with Advantage Capital.

Onboarding and Orientation

Interns participate in a two-day orientation, which includes a welcome from our senior leadership team, an office tour and various team introductions, supervisor meetings, interactive trainings, guest speakers and more.

Intern Service Opportunities

We value impact at work and within our own local communities. Our interns have opportunities to get actively involved and participate in various local volunteer efforts.

Professional Growth and Networking

Our team is committed to providing networking events and educational sessions to foster interns’ professional growth – with frequent opportunities to enhance skills, build upon leadership competencies and expand personal networks throughout the summer.

Intern Development

It is our goal for our interns to grow and develop personally and professionally. To support personal and professional growth, interns have continuous conversations with supervisors, firm leaders and other mentors, and an in-depth, constructive final performance evaluation.
