Mr. Noel joined Advantage Capital Partners in January 2010. As a member of the firm's investment group, he is responsible for analyzing investments and portfolio companies in Missouri, Illinois and Florida.
Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Mr. Noel worked as a banking officer at U.S. Bank in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he provided creative financing solutions for leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, debt recapitalizations, and bridge financing alternatives to middle-market and large corporate companies. Previously, Mr. Noel served as a commercial banking officer at Southwest Bank and was responsible for providing senior debt for mergers and acquisitions, equipment, real estate, and inventory purchases to middle-market companies in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Mr. Noel received a bachelor of science in business administration from Washington & Lee University and serves as the St. Louis chapter president for the University's Alumni Association.
